Sometimes Things Just Happen

So a few weeks ago I went to find the ideal location for some up coming sessions of course my littlest one was with me so I sat her down and was trying a few different things. As I snapped away she played with her flowers she just picked. When I got home and looked at them I found this one and I just loved it! It was great because I didn't even plan it. Sometimes things just happen! Thats for sure!

Where Have I been ?

Boy oh Boy where does the time go! I can't believe that it has been a few weeks since I last posted! The weather started warming up and I started getting busy! I could do with out all this wind we have been having,that's for sure! But I have had time to squeeze in photo-sessions in between all the wind storms! Here is little Miss"V" enjoying the warm weather!

Got to Love Lip Gloss!

So I got this new background and I decided to have some fun with it! And my little one, wanted to be the model so she told me to hold on while she went to her room and got her lip gloss. I said oh, and she came back with her princess lip gloss and started to apply it. It was great! Got to love lip gloss! I do it gave me some great pictures!

Life is a journey

Sometimes life seems rough and bumpy full of craziness and then you come to a point and it starts to calm down. You get rid of those mountains or rocks and it smooth again! Remember even though times maybe hard there is always a point to be made, a reason or a lesson that you are learning. It may not be clear at the time but if you learn something there was a reason for it.

What a crazy busy week full of great things though!

Hi everyone! Just wanted to touch base with all of you to let you know what has been going this week! Well lets see, Yes I had my birthday I am finally 21! LOL( We won't talk about my age) We also celebrated our anniversary this week as well as my husbands birthday! Its just a week long celebration!! Along with the celebrating all week, I also attended WPPI which stands for Wedding and Portrait Photographs International. It is full of great information for photographers, as well as a great place to meet other photographers, you get a lot of new ideas, and the trade show part is full of products as well as equipment! So yes I did, getnew ideas and I also found some awesome frames!! So in the next few weeks I will be posting some of the new things that I have in store for you this year! I can't wait to show you!

I love to capture children dressing up it is so much fun! They really get into it and their personalities just sore! So don't forget to bring their favorite dress up clothes for the session!

This first two pictures are of the church that my husband use to go to. The second and third picture was taken from the truck window on the very long drive to Louisiana. The smoke just looked so cool coming from this power plant.

February is almost here! Where did January Go?

Wow, I can't believe this month is almost over! New Years was just the other day! Well, February has a lot of excitement going on you have of course Super Bowl on Feb 7, then Valentines Day on February 14, and Mardi Gras on February 16!!! Sounds like a fun Month!! I did receive some awesome mask for the Mardi Gras festivities in New Orleans. I just have to share them with you!

Wow, I can't believe we are in 2010!! I hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas and A Happy New Year!

This year is going to be awesome, I just know it! I have a lot of great ideas planned for photo-sessions, a few new book designs, some new cool metal prints to offer and lots more to come!
